Howdy!

I'm
Kendall Dale

UX Designer & E-Commerce Professional.

I blend hands-on design with data-driven strategy to turn complex storefronts into simple, high-converting experiences. This past year I helped StickyLife.com grow revenue 26% YoY revenue growth through smarter navigation, redesigned product pages, and a revived email program. I love untangling complex systems and shaping e-commerce experiences that are intuitive and built to convert.

I start every project by understanding how people actually use a site—talking with users, reviewing the journey myself, and spotting where the experience breaks down. Those insights drive everything from navigation and information architecture to page layouts and mobile flows. Whether it’s a mega-menu, a product page, or a checkout path, my goal is an experience that feels effortless for the customer and delivers measurable results for the business.

Design Tool Usability Study

6 out of 7 users couldn't figure out how to personalize their product and as a result abandoned the experience.

User Analysis

Defining users can come with its fair share of bias and challenges but informed decisions are always better than doing it blind. I worked to shape the user research practice and help paint a more accurate representation of our user through crafted surveys and other demographic analysis.
